DESCRIPTION

General description

MultiScreen^® plates are a reliable tool for advanced drug discovery and life science research. The MultiScreen HTS 96-well filtration plates are used to filter samples and perform entire procedures, from cell growth to scintillation counting within the same plate.

Application

MultiScreen^® HTS GV Filter Plate, 0.22 μm, clear, sterile has been used:

·      in high throughput solubility and redissolution screening for antibody purification via combined PEG and zinc chloride precipitation[1]

·      to filter Prochlorococcus cultures for hydrogen peroxide measurements[2]

·      to filter the extracted sample for spectrometry analysis[3]

·      The rigid sidewalls improve handling and ample surfaces are provided for bar code labels.
